Information we collect

Deliveram collects account details, contact information you upload, connected mailbox credentials, and payment records processed by Paystack. We use this information to send your messages, report delivery activity, manage suppression, and operate billing. We do not sell your data or your contacts data.

Data protection and security

Sensitive data is protected in transit with HTTPS/TLS and is stored with access controls. OAuth refresh tokens and SMTP passwords are encrypted before storage and are never exposed to the browser. Access to workspace data is restricted by the authenticated user account and server-side authorization. We retain data only for operating the service, security, billing, and legal compliance, and we remove it when the account is deleted unless retention is required by law.

How contacts are sourced

Deliveram does not provide, sell, or source lead databases. Users add their own contacts and are responsible for having a lawful basis and permission to contact them.

Service providers

The service may process data through Google, Paystack, Supabase, and Vercel. You can export or delete account data from Security settings, subject to records retained for billing or legal compliance.

Your choices

Every Deliveram email includes a recipient-facing unsubscribe link. Following it immediately adds that address to the sender’s suppression list. You can also disconnect a mailbox, remove contacts, request account deletion, or contact us about your data.
